Submits, Certificate of Delivery , Acount Damage and Deficinency in duplicate, and original Packing acount of Mily stores recived per Charlotteand state that they consider the Owners or their representatives in Calcutta reponsible for one 5 1/2 Inch common shall short delivered . amd jave therefore requested the Accounts mily department to recover co's Rupees 1-9-0 on that acount.
