With ltr. no. 719 of the 22nd ultimo, was forwarded for submission to his excy. the commander in chief a copy of ltr no. 711 of that dated to the security to Govt. mily. dept. bombay regardng the penalites to which officers are liabel for over the leave for 30 days which may be graned once in 6 montsh under G.A.G.G. 20th March 1851.
