In reply to mily dept, lr. no. 869 of 28th ult. submits for consideration the Draft of a Genl order in nodification of the 7th caluse of G.G.O. no. 451 of 17th july 1852 regarding the mode of making payment of the allowance for the difference cost of Rum granted to canteens under the operation of that order.
