With reference to mily dept. lr. no. 204 of 7th may relative to arrangements being made for the disposal of the 16 colts condemend by the committee assembled at haoupper on 3rd feb. last report that instructions were issued to the supt.s N.W. stud previons to the recipt. of the above lr. to send down to the presidency all the rejected colts.
