In reply to mily. Dept. latter No. 4391 of 14th instt. transmits two original despatches from the supt. of marine regarding the claim preferred by captain Hutchinson, late commdr. of the ship faize allum to demeerrage & compensation for a deviation from his voyage when proceedings.
