with reference to Mily. department letter no. 795 of 28th ultimo submits copy of obne from ther apothecary Genel. stating that none of the extra servants now employed in the Genel. despensary can in his opnion be convenintly discharged & that it would undoulted by a great advantage to incorporate them with the rest of the establisment .
