Conveying sanction to the proposed exchange of a large vized male elephant which from his slow pace and other casues is not well adopted to commissariat purposed fro 2or 3 full vized ones offered by a Zemindar on the condition that the elephant offered are earfully asertaioned to be in eqarly way fit and desirable for the public services.
