Intimating that a copy of there letter no. 3359 of the 10th Instt. relaitve to the destruction by fire in march last of the greateer portion of th eLines of the regt. of Loodianah and of two Binjalous at Cawnpore has been sent to the Qr. mr. genl. of the army for submissino to the comr. in chief with refer. to the neglect of G O by the Corut of Inquiry and to the culpabel negligence which seems to attache to the Sepoy whose hut th fire originated.
