Brings to notice that the Mily.Board have retrenched frm the field accts, army of Punjab, the usual charge of 5 percent commission on purchase, of the grain by the head purchaseing agent, explains that in former compaigns the depy commy, genl.in virtue of the full powers vested in him by the head of the deptt. allowed which was on the occassions referred to passed by the Mily.Board, and with these preceedens before him he felt fully authorized .
