WIth reference to his despatch no. 834 of 28th July last, requests enquiry to be made whether since the issue of G.G.O. No. 136 of 1st March 1850 any Officer in England or returned from England has been required to pay subscripation to the artillery Band Fund, or whether the case of Captain Money is the first that has arisen under that G.O.
