Intimating in reply to his letter of the 31st ultimo that from enquiries made at the Adjutant General office at the President tht his name does not appear to have been mehided in the medal rolls for the sutley compaign and that consequent no medal has been received for Mr Waring from the Honble the bourt of Directors.
