With refrence, to mily Department letter no 404 of the 15th Instant, transmits, a communication from the supdt, of Cadets, reporting, that there is no steamer available at present, by which to sand the dadets, to the upper provinces, or likely to be for some day and solicits that they may be permitted to proceed and join their respective Regiments, by Dawk at the public expense.
