In reply to mily dept. despatch no. 736 of 21st oct. 1852 forwards an origl. lr. from the officercommanding the 3rd irregr. Cavy. and the proceedings of a committee assembled to enguire and report upon the calism of shah begum to gamily pension as first ulife of the late mahomed Norr khan ressaidar of that corps in preference to neaz begum who enjoys that benefit though only deceaseds second wife o.p. retruned.
