With reference to mily. dept. ltr. no. 191 of the 7th inst. reprts on the desptch form the Secy. at Fort St. George, recommeding that naick mulliah 20th M.N.I. who has been pronounced unfit for duty before completing the prescribed perid of service to entitle him to pensio may be granted 2/3rd of the ordinay pension.
