Forwards fro transmission to the honable court original & copy petition from mr. J Gorden late a Lt. & B captain of the 59th N I dismissed the services by sentence of a Genel. court martical in oct. 1851 as also a memo. in original by the commander in chief recommedning by the case to the indulgent consideration of the court in view to some pensionary support being granted to him .
