With reference to an extt. of the 1st Instt. transmits for information copy of one to the depy. Adjt. Genl. of the Army enclosing an order for the release of ramgaolam sepoy 12th N.I. from the jail at Mooltan adn stating that the Board of adminishtration at lohore have been requested to iszue instructions to the commissr. at mooltan for the delivery of the sepoy to the officer.
