Statign with reference to the responsibility which drsn to attach to his dept. in regard to teh admissioend of an authorized charges adverted to in his ltr no. 1002 dated 21st ultimo, that the H.P. in council is desrius of being furnished with such explanatin as he may have to offer on the subject before any further order can be passed.
