Transmitting in contriuation of a lr. of that 15th july 1840 copy of one from the president of the committee of adjustant on the estate of the late captan H. simings of arty and informating that a draft for Rs. 130-1-3 has been committed to the sub treasure for the realization and deposited on account of this estate.
