Transmitting letter from Secretary of the Mily Department no 232 dt. 27th March 1849 to the adjutt. General of the army conveying authority for breaking up the army of the Punjaub from whatever date may be fixed on by the commander in Dhief and expressing the G G approbation of the arragements detailed in G O of 24th March 1849 fined to the army of the Punjaub.
