Transmitting copy of a mily lr. form the cost no. 10d/21st freb. 1849 and of the communication from the sover officer therem reference to permitting out pensioner Douglas late a serjeant in the 10th regt. of foot to draw his pension from the 2nd August 1848 without any deduction.
