Forwarding fro informatiopn copies of certain document connected with the case of lieutt. blackburn 41th regiment N I intimates that her is permitted to awail himself of the furlogh on seik certificate granted to him in G O G G in C in 348 of the 16th sept. 1848 but as that officers is represnted to belonging under symptions of mental deragement request that he may be made over charge to the town major with a view to tht functionary to ring the requistion stpe for showingh such pay as may be due to lieutt blackburn for proceeding him with a passage to England.
