In continuation to mily department letter, no 727, of 20th october 1852, submit Copy of one from the supg Engineer N.W.Provinces reporting the date, on and amount of Establishment with which 2nd Lt. J.W. leod Innes, of Engineers, commenced, his survey of the Hill roads, which correspond exactly with the charge in Lt. Innes bill.
