With refrence to mily Department letter no 153. of the 21th March 1851. submits, a bill amounting to Rupees 3015. for getting up carts, and thermantidotes from lahore, for the peshawur Division public works accompanied by survey Reports, and vouchers and recommend that the Bill he passed in full.
