In reply to Despatch of the 19th Ultimo states that no troops, of any description have been despatched to Hong kong from Bengal since the terminations of Hostilitiesc in 1841,/42 nor have any Expenses been passed here on account of any force which might have proceeded from the opther Presidency or, Her majestry Colonies , to the above Island, and that all conection between china and this Presidency Cased form 1st Sept'r1843 OP returned.
