With rference to his despatch no. 670 of the 8th july 1851 to G O 20thg may 1848 adn in contination of his letter no. 40 of the 8th uly. last forwards the rioll of Bugle Major Hyland of the involved establishment which has been repreferedf to according with the from approved by Govt. with recommendation that he may be granted a granting Equivatent no rupee to 5th and the usual medal.
