Submit for information copy of ltr. form the commanding of ordnance Saugor Magazine and with advertence that informed thta Captain Cawnpl. has ben instructed to obtain the sanction of the office commanding the station of the despatch of the 2 sirdar and 25 worksmnan of the Saugor magazine.
