With reference to mily. dept. extt. no. 411 of the 20th Aug. intimates for the issue of further orders, that from the expaplanation submittted govt. are of opinion thta the allowances proposed for th esubardinate ast. in the medical college at madras are reasonabel with reference to the duties to be performed.
