With reference to mily. dept. office memo no. 869 of 28th Jan. last, trasmtis a statemtn submitted by the accoutn to the govt. of Bengal of the extra expenses incurred on accoutn of the ciil dtp. whihc accompanied the govr. gnel. on hs towu of inspectin for 1850/51 as also an abstract stemt drawn otu from it in the foreing office.
