In reply to his letter of the 3rd instant.With reference to a letter of the 7th april 1843 submitted a dspatch from the pension pay master at Barraxkpore reporting the death of pensioned Lascar Buddor who went on a Pilgrimage to New & soliciting on behalf of the widow the payment of the arreas of stipends due observation.
