With reference to mily. dept. ltr. no. 48 of the 2nd inst. intimates that the C. in C. quite convurs in the opinion expressed in the communication of the mily. audr. genl. of this presidency - and accordkgn to recomended taht th half pay drumers or bughers may be granted the indultged of a free discharge under the condition specified by that furnctinary.
