In continuation of office memo, Foreign Deptt. no. 3860 Date 15th December last, transmits, for consideration, a Despatch from the resident at Hydrabad, regarding the inproper interference exercised by Brigadier Mayne in the proceedings of the court which is sitting on the case of Ressaldar Zoolficar Ali Beg.
