In reply to officiating secy letter , no 422, dated, 12th Instt, states, that the staff allowance, of a Brigade being admissible only durign periods, of actual command,Lt. Coll Dickeason, cannot have any claim to the staff of a Brigade prior to the formation of the 2nd Brigade, Bengal Division .
