In reply to letter no 4 of the 13th January 1853 , instructed to acquaint for the inormation of his excellency the Commander in Chief that the Most Noble the Governor General in Council is pleased to sanction a free passage to Australia of their arrival at the Presidedncy to the men named in the Margin at the current rate of the season .
