In reply to no 298, dated the 14th Instant, state that the Deputy Commissary C. W.C Donated of the Ordance Department joined the agra magazine on the 26th april last , in which he is next in authority to the Commissary major Pelluns, in whose temporrary absence from the magazine the entire charge wanted devohic upon him the Board have no Confience in Master M. Donated and are satisfied he cannot of recover Confidence of his superors nor the expect of those placed under this orders the officer of the Department , the Board have reason to believe , would shrink from placing him an any duty of trustor responsibility , and as his service to Govt.
