With refer. to no. 117 of 2nd july 1847, aneses copy of a ltr. form the surveryor Genl. of India and solicits sanctin to his drawing on acct. of Mr. 3rd clas sub ast. G.a.W.Sheelveston the sum of Rs.214 being his salary in advance for 2 months.
