Submits copy letter from the officer Commanding the Shakawaltee Battlion, intimating that this corps has volinteered for service in Burmah, & to proceed thither by land or by sea as may be required and states that the Commander in Chief has caused his Satisfaction with the Conduct under advertence to be communicatd for the information of Captain Forster & all Concerned.
