In reply to their letter No 2120 of the 30th ultimo.with the estimate to which it gave cover for constructing and renewing portion of Rs 11475-10-6 a and in reply to acquaint board that in the present state and prospect of the finance of the country the right Honble the Govr Genl in council as not prepared to sanction the proposed expenditure .
