In reply to his letter no. 1210 of the 19th Octr. last conveys the sanciton of gov.t to the Advancement of the Native Doctors refered to from the 3rd to 2nd clas which will place them on a footign as regards pay and ca with Native Dedcuted at the Medical colelge instead of at the rates specified in M D Letters of 1st Idem.
