Bring to notice that they addressed the pay master 2.T.with regard to their rawing the month by pay ad allowances of lieutt moore, Hms,22nd regiment he having authorized them to draw the same & have been requested by the pay master to refer to this deptt. for authority & state that they hold lt. moores pay certificate & authority of which are inclosed.
