In reply to no 303 dated 25th September last informs being issue of instructions for the return of the securities of Hurpersaud commt Gomashta Affghanistan and Sutledge campaigned on the conditions mentioned and requess the payment in deu couse of another sums specified alleged to be due to the same party .
