Commissary Genl. relative to the results of the practice of onoly soaking gram for bullocks resp[ect to the transport train bullocks of the Umballa division major Ramsay concurs in Major Homsons statement tht gramshoi Soaked for 8 hours passes bullocks whole and undijested the board are of opinion that Gram Shd be split before being given to cattle or facililating the process of dijestion the Br. Comd. of Artillery .
