With reference to Military Department letter No 371 of the 14th Instant bring to notice a discrepancy in G O 17th Febuary 1841 allowing 1/2 chittack of Sold in the scale of money rations for public Establishment by art 22 Sec 25 of pay and audit code 1/3 chittack of salt is allowed for Fighting men.
