Submit Bills drawn by th Army clothing Agent 1st Division, for transport charges incurred for the conveyance of Bounty clothing and clothing supplied to corps not yeilding offreckonings, and with recommendation that the bills may be passed, chargeable to Govt. & the several Contingent Fund.
