Submits , for sanction, sundry, Bills entered on the Disbursement of the Resident Councillor at malacca from sept 1847 to january 1848 no objection , with exception to voucher no 26 and 31,41and 51 which being Duplicates the charges embraeed in them will be held in abeyance until the Original Bills are produced or satisfactory explantion furnished why they are not for th coming.
