With refce to their letter ofthe 14th June last state that the supg Engr N W Provs reprts that the filling up of the Drain in the lins of the 63rd Regt N I at Umballah has been marly completed and that the communicates under the charge of the Excutive Engigneer were not available for this purpose as they were engaged an other works.
