With refrence to the paper marginally noted, relative, in the proposed despatch of recruits, up the Ganges direct from the ships, on which they arrive tranmits, Extract court letter and promise a further communicatiion regarding the steam lounage that will be availble, for the recruits, whose regiments, are in the N.W Provinces.
