With reference to Military Department letter No 404 of the 14th June last states that as the substanace of the accusation of Mr Done agent of the ship againt captain Berry H ms 24th regiment appears to be carrobaraled by Mr mackezied the c in c government that further enquiry in necessary and has directed the officers commdg the regiment to call upon captain Beary who is in England.
