In reply to the Deputy A Genel. letter no. 322 dated 10th april mentioned the proper letter to ber used after the names of officers who may pass an examination in the native language the rule requiring an officer who had passed an up country eamination to under go a second lest on arrival at the presidency at the collage of foot to continue in force.
