Acknowldges the recipt of a lr. of the 30th July. last & with refce. observe that his lr. of 6th octo. 1846 had refce to a Rule proposed by the Mily. Audr. Genl. in Bengal. that an apothecary or 2d apothecary in such agade should be entilled only.
