With refce to a lr. of the 26th nove last transmits copuy of a commn. form the secy to the council of Education stating the impracticability of erecting mat houses in the comound of the Medl. colege and recommending that the Houses engarged by the council for the accommodation of the students of the subordinate Medl. Dept. be retained.
